Ross Gartman - President
Ross Gartman served in the Missouri Army National Guard for sixteen years. His military career was highlighted by providing security at the Winter Olympics in Utah, building a bridge and schools in Panama, helping construct a road in Alaska, and proudly serving two combat tours in the Middle East. When his friend and fellow soldier, Brad Skelton, was killed by an improvised explosive device in Baghdad, Iraq in 2008, Ross used his finance and management expertise to establish Heroes Way. Ross is currently the General Manager and Outside Sale Coordinator for Gordonville Grill. He resides in Delta, MO with his wife Denise and their three children: Dalton, Jessie, and Sydney.
Todd Blattel - Vice President
Todd Blattel is an employee of Ameren Missouri, and is an active member of his community, serving as Vice President of the congregation at Christ Lutheran Church and as a twenty-year veteran of the Gordonville Fire Protection District. Todd and his wife Penny live in Gordonville, MO and have two sons: Wyatt and Wesley.
Tyson J Shoemaker – Treasurer
Tyson Shoemaker is a CPA and Operations Manager for a local CPA firm. Tyson works with Heroes Way to ensure orderly maintenance of financial records and reports.
